Breda • Zwijnsbergenstraat 1 t/m 185 • Voormalig bedrijfspand van Rotchen-automobielhandel uit het begin van de jaren 70. Na verhuizing van de mercedesdealer naar de Ettensebaan bein 21e eeuw staat het pand jarenlang leeg. Najaar 2008 komt er tijdelijk een outletbedrijf in. Sloop volgt in het voorjaar 2010.
