Strijensas is het plaatsje aan het Hollands Diep, dat is ontstaan rond de sas (sluis, 1649) van Strijen.

Johan Willem Friso verdronk hier in 1711.

Strijensas behoort tot de gemeente Strijen. Het dorp telt op 1 januari 2004 517 inwoners.
